Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 87(EDC) "An Act relating to allocations to the special education service agency and extending the special education service agency; and providing for an effective date" (Title Change SCR 5) was adopted. Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
